Nominate a teacher for Teacher of the Year:
Do you have an outstanding teacher who deserves to be recognized for thier dedication and hard work? If so, submit his/her name for consideration for the Delaware Teacher of the Year. Our outstanding exceptional teacher will be announced at the state competition in April.
Communicate with other NHD students: The NHD Forum provides access to the NHD community across the country. Students can post questions, comments and concerns and share experiences with other students working on NHD projects as well.
Support NHD:
To support National History Day, please write to your elected government officials about your positive experience with History Day! Ask them to support the program through an e-mail, fax, letter, or even a phone call. You can find the contact information for your federal representatives by visiting http://www.congress.org, and your state representatives at www.state.de.us/gic/yourgov.shtml. Don't forget to send copies to the National History Day in Delaware! |
